There are some weddings that just get me in the feelings, and this was one of them. Anna and Evan got married at Bluestem Manor in Sperry, Oklahoma. We had clear blue skies and beautiful spring weather for their day. In my mind, this wedding was pretty in pink – filled with romantic pink florals, beautiful textures, soft feminine touches, and a timeless bridal style. But beyond the physical beauty of the day, this wedding touched deeper. Anna’s father had passed away before the wedding day, but you could feel his precense in their day. During the ceremony, an Eagle flew directly over the couple and over the ceremony as they had their first kiss and walked back down the aisle. It is one of the moments I know Anna and Evan will never forget. (You can peek this moment at 3 minutes and 30 seconds in their wedding film).
After a joyful and emotional day, their reception kicked things up a knotch with nonstop dancing, laughing, and the kind of energy that reminds you exactly why weddings are so special. Friends and family celebrated Anna and Evan with everything they had, creating the perfect ending to such a meaningful day.
