I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the 2025 Art in Bloom at the Philbrook Museum – and what a dream it was. Art in Bloom is a museum-wide experience where local florists reinterpret the museum’s architecture and artwork through floral installations. As a photographer, I loved capturing the intricate details: the petals echoing the brushstrokes of a nearby painting, or how a bloom’s shape mirrored the curve of a sculpture. It was storytelling at its finest—floral designers interpreting the museum’s beauty in a way that felt fresh, immersive, and full of heart.
Whether you’re an art lover, a flower enthusiast, or just someone who appreciates creativity in all its forms, Art in Bloom is truly a must-see experience. I walked away so inspired—not only by the art and florals, but by the way our local creatives continue to breathe new life into Tulsa’s most iconic spaces.
A bonus – their tulips are always in full bloom!
Until next year, Art in Bloom—you were magic. 🌸
