On a perfect clear blue day, Caroline and Mark said I do at Discoveryland Ranch. Their day was planned and executed by the talented Caroline from the flowers to the design to the cake. One thing I loved about their wedding day was the intentional time they spent together. Mark and Caroline carved out several times for just themselves. Wedding days often fly by so quickly, I loved these quiet moments they had together to connect and reflect of their day.

Caroline’s mother, who had recently passed, was very much present throughout the day. You could feel her love surrounding everyone that could be felt in every smile, every tear, and every laugh. Their entire day was filled with so much love and happiness as they were surrounded and embraced by their friends and family.

We had a whole line up of first looks. We started with a fun bridesmaids reveal filled with laughter and lots of happy squeals. Then we headed to the gazebo to do an emotional and meaningful first look with Caroline’s dad. Following, we headed to the pond for a sweet first look and private vow reading for the couple.

Caroline and Mark were very intentional about getting pockets of time alone during their wedding day. While their guests ate dinner, they spent about 20 minutes having a private dinner in the gazebo.

Having a live bands just takes your reception to the next level. Everyone is shouting, dancing, and singing like they are at a concert. The Get Down Band did an absolutely amazing job of keeping people on the dance floor until the last second.

Caroline and Mark ended the night with a sparkler grand exit and hopped on their bright red motorcycle
