Cory & Sean | The Pearl District Building Wedding | Tulsa, Oklahoma

Like so many Cory and Sean met on a dating app. Cory made me laugh when she said, “along came Sean who had something to say other than, do you have any feet pics?” They ended up having their first date at the Irish pub McNellie’s. These two dated for about six months..then plot twist, decided they were better off as friends.

Fast forward to two years later, Cory reached back out to Sean, and it was the right time for both of them. They were head over heels in love quickly and totally inseparable. Sean popped the questions in St Thomas on a beach cove. She cried and said yes! Timing is everything for these two and their wedding date was the perfect timing.

Cory and Sean got married on a gorgeous April day at The Pearl District Building in downtown Tulsa. The Pearl District is the perfect mixture of elegant and industrial. Cory and Sean are authentic, tragic, and romantic – they felt like the venue embodied them perfectly. They had an intimate and emotional wedding, surrounded by close friends and family. The highlight of the day was a TON of emotional toasts, which was an outpouring of love they were not anicipating.

One thing I loved about their wedding is it was more than a wedding, but a bringing together of their families. Their families have gone through a lot of tradegy recently and were so grateful to share this moment with those closest to them. Their wedding really brough their family together in a special and meaningful way.
