Lexi and Hunter tied the knot on a beautiful January day at Tatanka Ranch in Stroud, Oklahoma. Winter weddings can be unpredictable, but we were so fortunate to have highs in the 50s, making it the perfect day for a winter wedding. Their ceremony took place inside the barn space, where the rustic charm of the venue met the modern elegant style of Lexi and Hunter. The warm tones and soft lighting created the most romantic atmosphere for a ceremony.

When building their timeline, we made sure to prioritize intentional moments throughout the day for Lexi and Hunter to spend quality time together. They shared a heartfelt first look by the barn, then we headed to the pond for some time just the two of them. Later in the day, they stepped away from the reception for a private dinner just the two of them, giving them the opportunity to talk about the day and enjoy the moment. Before the night ended, they have a private last dance. I always snap a couple pictures then leave so they have that time truly just the two of them before their grand exit.

Their reception was an unforgettable celebration, with the dance floor packed until the very last moment. One of the biggest highlights of the night was a special guest – Pistol Pete! The OSU mascot made an appearance, bringing even more fun into the reception. Guests loved every moment of the fun, snapping pictures with him, and of course dancing with him.

Their wedding day was filled with love, laughter, and so much fun. It was the perfect mixture of elegance and rustic charm. Lexi and Hunter, thank you for letting me capture such a meaningful day!
